What is CRM and why is it important to you and your company?

This can make Zendesk an end-to-end customer experience platform for many SMBs.

Sell looks a little different that the sales CRMs you may be used to dealing with, Zendesk did that by design.   Zendesk Sell is laser focused on the conversation you are having with customers rather than simply being a database filled with information. 

The conversation focused design that Zendesk uses for Sell has helped them generate a solid base of customers giving you untapped opportunities.

Zendesk Sell is a solid CRM conduit to the Zendesk arsenal.  It doesn’t quite offer all the feature capabilities of a product like Salesforce Sales Cloud Lightning Professional, but it is a very robust platform and well worth thinking about for organizations that need to enhance productivity and its sales pipeline.
